KUMHO’s new Road Venture RT tire gives consumers the freedom to go anywhere, anytime by combining strong, rugged terrain traction and enhanced off-road durability with great on-road comfort. The Road Venture RT provides dealers and distributors with a premium product to confidently address the demands of the fastest-growing category in the light truck tire segment.

The Road Venture RT offers multi-terrain traction thanks to wide grooves for maximum water drainage, angled sipes for exceptional performance in the snow and reinforced shoulder blocks that help ensure confident, off-road grip.
Tough yet comfortable, the Road Venture RT’s optimized, aggressive tread pattern reinforces the tire’s go-anywhere capability, while high-dispersible, micro silica-infused compounding provides enhanced wet surface performance.
The tire features interlocking center tread blocks to ensure improved straight line driving capability and high-speed driving control, variable pitches that help minimize pattern and road noise, and a secured flexible zone for first-class comfort.
KUMHO’s new RT tire compound provides excellent wear and chip resistance, a uniform footprint for longer tread life and a robust, high-tensile steel belt package with dual-layered, full cap plies plus a reinforced body ply -- all delivering enhanced durability and handling.

Jon Schadl, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at K&M Tire Inc., recently tested the Road Venture RT’s performance capabilities at an event in the Mojave Desert; driving across a wide range of challenging surfaces and terrain.
“I was expecting to hear tire noise when driving,” he said. “But it’s a pretty quiet tire and it provided good grip. The tire’s handling was excellent and it provided a smooth ride. I wouldn’t be afraid to sell this tire to a consumer who I knew wasn’t going to be off-roading.
“Today’s consumer also wants something that looks super-aggressive,” says Schadl. "The sidewall of the Road Venture RT looks very aggressive. It’s a nice-looking tire. I think our customers are going to love it. Dealers now have the whole product line with KUMHO.”
The new Road Venture RT is available now in 27 sizes, fitting wheels from 17 inches to 22 inches, with additional sizes to be added in 2026. It also comes with a road hazard warranty and a 30-day satisfaction guaranteed trial warranty.
