The Toyo and Nitto brands from Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. are both sponsoring The Chevron Championship, one of the major championships on the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Tour.
In addition to sponsoring The Chevron Championship, the Toyo brand additionally is continuing its support of professional golfer Yuka Saso, who will be competing in the tournament. Toyo calls Saso "a rising star in the world of golf." She won her first major championship at the 2021 U.S. Women's Open.
"We are thrilled to partner with Toyo Tires and Nitto Tire for The Chevron Championship," said tournament director Jeremy Havery-Samuel. "Their support will help elevate the tournament and provide valuable opportunities for our players."
Toyo says its sponsorship of the tournament "aligns with Toyo and Nitto Tire's shared values of passion, innovation and community involvement."
