TIA Honors Hall of Fame Inductees

The Tire Industry Association honored four new Tire Industry Hall of Fame inductees during a special event in Las Vegas, Nev.

The Tire Industry Association (TIA) honored four new Tire Industry Hall of Fame inductees during a special event in Las Vegas, Nev.

Inductees include Tomo Mizutani, chairman emeritus of Toyo Tire Holdings of Americas Inc.; Tire Rack's Mike Joines; Tom Klinge, co-founder of Klinge Group of Companies; and Peggy Fisher, former president, TireStamp U.S. operations, and TIA president in 2008. 

"This year, we're truly blessed with outstanding inductees," said TIA CEO Dick Gust.

Mizutani is "known for his global leadership and commitment to innovation," said Gust, who called Joines "a visionary in business and marketing."

Gust described Klinge as "a respected leader and innovator."

The event took place on Nov. 2, two days before the start of the 2025 SEMA Show.
