MaddenCo Rolls Out Delivery App
MaddenCo Inc. has introduced its Delivery App, which is designed to simplify and modernize the product delivery process for tire dealers.
"The app provides real-time proof of delivery and signature/picture capture, seamlessly working with MaddenCo’s Tire Dealer System," say MaddenCo officials.
Built specifically for the unique needs of tire distributors, the app enables delivery truck drivers "to capture customer signatures/pictures at the point of delivery, document order discrepancies and provide real-time visibility back to the dealership.
"The app works directly with MaddenCo’s Tire Dealer System, allowing delivery information, including signed invoices and delivery notes, to be instantly accessible for customer service, billing, and reprints."
"Delivery is a critical touchpoint in the customer experience and we saw an opportunity to make it more efficient and reliable for our dealers,” said Jay Adams, president of MaddenCo. “With this app, dealers can reduce paperwork, minimize delivery disputes and provide better communication with their customers.”
Key features of the app include digital signature/picture capture with secure storage for historical reference, live or batch; real-time delivery status updates; invoice messaging for incorrect or partial deliveries; easy access to delivery documentation for customer service and back office personnel; and delivery reports for back office on returns and COD orders.
"By eliminating paper-based processes and improving delivery transparency, the app helps dealers save time, reduce errors and strengthen customer relationships," say MaddenCo officials.
The MaddenCo Delivery App is now available to current MaddenCo customers via both Apple and Google Play Stores.
