Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will report fourth-quarter 2013 financial results on Thursday, Feb. 13, to be followed by an investor conference call at 9 a.m.
Participating in the conference call will be Richard Kramer, chairman and CEO, and Laura Thompson, executive vice president and CFO.
Approximately 45 minutes prior to the start of the call, the company will post the financial and other related information that will be presented on its investor relations website.

Goodyear posted net income of $195 million on net sales of $5.0 billion for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2013. All four of Goodyear’s regional businesses achieved higher operating income in the third quarter compared to the year-ago period, with North America posting record third-quarter operating income.
