TBC Corp. has hired Shingo Aso to lead corporate development initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and new business development. This marks a return to TBC for Aso, who is taking on the role of executive vice president of corporate development.
Aso previously served as executive vice president of corporate development at TBC from 2018 to 2019, and executive coordinator from 2015 to 2017.
Since then, he has worked for Sumitomo Corp. and oversaw the company's global tire businesses, including TBC as general manager of the tire department.
