What happened at the North American Tire & Retread Expo? Organizer Gus Lima called it a buying and selling show, and exhibitors were wheeling and dealing. They were also talking a lot about truck tire pricing.
A number of Chinese tire manufacturers were exhibiting at the Expo, but the highlight may have been a visit by Indy Racing League driver Helio Castroneves, who autographed posters for everyone who wanted one. He also was giving away autographed books and toy race cars.
