The North American Tire & Retread Expo is off and running in New Orleans, La.
Ribbon cutting ceremonies were held this morning. The three-day event includes training and educational sessions, an exposition show floor, and educational seminars presented by top leaders in the tire and retread industry.
Show organizer Gus Lima reports he has signed a six-year contract to hold the show in New Orleans. The show's purpose, according to Lima, is for the attendees to "make money and have fun."
