Hankook App Offers Dealer Locator, Access to Roadside Help

The new Hankook HELP app features a dealer locator and connects trucking fleets with the company's 24/7 roadside assistance program.

The new HELP app from Hankook Tire America Corp. gives trucking fleets quick access to the Hankook Tire Emergency Link 24/7 emergency roadside assistance program.

"With a two-hour target service time and an extended network across the U.S., HELP delivers emergency services, such as tire replacements, mounting and dismounting, flat tire repair and more to get fleets back on the road as quickly as possible," say Hankook officials.

The app also features a Hankook truck tire dealer locator.

"While the dealer locator and emergency roadside assistance features are also available through the Hankook website and HELP phone line, the new app makes it easier than ever for customers to access these resources quickly and efficiently."

"We recognize the importance of making sure that our customers receive service as quickly as possible when an unexpected emergency occurs," says Rob Williams, Hankook's vice president of TBR sales.

"Through the new app, we've made it easier than ever for customers to contact our HELP service to receive roadside assistance in a more timely and seamless manner."

Hankook's HELP app is available for Apple and Android devices via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
