Seung Hwa Suh, CEO and vice chairman of Hankook Tire Co., will be the keynote speaker at the Oct. 20 Tire Society Conference in the Akron suburb of Fairlawn, Ohio.
Suh will discuss opportunities and challenges facing the tire industry, as well as ways to improve and adapt technologies for a changing market.

"Hankook invests approximately 5% of its total revenue in research and development annually. The investment has produced breakthroughs in tire technology for Hankook in the areas of tire construction, compounding and manufacturing."
