Deloitte Canada has named Fountain Tire one of "Canada’s Best Managed Companies," the 31st time Fountain Tire has earned this honor.
“The ongoing recognition as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies is a testament to our strong legacy,” says Jason Herle, CEO of Fountain Tire. “Our entrepreneurial spirit and resiliency are underpinned by Fountain Tire’s commitments to partnership, innovation and exceptional customer service — values that have stood the test of time and continue to guide us into the future.”
According to a statement issued by Fountain Tire, "'Canada’s Best Managed Companies' is the country’s leading business awards program, recognizing excellence in Canadian headquartered companies with revenues of $50 million or greater. Hundreds of businesses compete for the annual designation in a rigorous and independent process that evaluates four main pillars: strategy; culture and commitment; capabilities and innovation; and governance and financials.
"Factors that contributed to Fountain Tire’s 2025 award include expansion of its retail business, mine service and distribution network; enhancing customer relations and corporate culture; and creating novel digital tools to advance marketing, shop management, business development and human resources."
“This award is particularly meaningful as it aligns with Fountain Tire’s vision to be the most sought-after place to shop, work and partner in Canada’s tire and automotive services industry,” adds Herle. “Along with business performance, it recognizes a positive impact on our people, from customers to our workforce and on the communities in which we operate.”
