Ascenso Tires North America has released its MDR 1000 tire made for tractors, sprayers, backhoes and telehandlers.
The tire has a unique tread design for road adherence and better grip in winter conditions. It also offers noise reduction and has a low rolling resistance to enhance fuel efficiency.
Other features of the tire include a multi-block tread design with a wider footprint; a specially formulated rubber compound that translates to longer tread life; and a center lug for stability, according to Ascenso officials.
The MDR 1000 incorporates extra strong casing, reinforced with steel belts for better resilience.
Phase one tire sizes range from 250/75R16 to 710/70R42.
