CustomerLink Systems Inc., which promotes exclusive Customer Retention Marketing (CRM) programs for the automotive service and repair industry, recently celebrated its 10th anniversary.
The company has expanded from six employees to more than 60 people over that span.
“Our dedicated and creative team working together with our customers ultimately shaped the perfect environment for nurturing ideas and bringing them to market,” says CEO Mark Hockridge.
“This company-wide support for change and innovation, and a collective willingness to dig in and do the work required to bring new ideas to life, made it easier for us to conceive, create and launch Shop Marketing Research Technology (smrt), the company’s most significant technology advance since our start in 2000.”
CustomerLink was founded in February of 2000, and introduced CRM for the first time in August that same year. Other company milestones are:
December 2000 -- 100th customer.
October 2002 -- 1000th customer.
January 2005 -- recorded a 22% average campaign response rate.
March 2008 -- added Web design and hosting services.
June 2009 -- expanded into Canada.
