Straightaway Tire & Auto has acquired Accurate Auto & Tire Service in Maple Grove, Minn., and Wayne's Automotive, which is based in Grand Rapids, Minn.
Straightaway Tire & Auto - which has more than 40 locations throughout Colorado, Florida, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire and Wisconsin - is owned by private equity group O2 Investment Partners, which is headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
