Dill Air Controls Products has acquired Exactra Inc., which manufactures tire inflating valves as well as various related inflating systems.
“The expertise and equipment from Exactra’s many years of experience in the industry are critical to our continued growth,” says Brian Rigney, president of Dill Air Controls.
Exactra has been a family-owned business since 1988 and was founded by Maurice and Norma Robitaille. Marc Robitaille has been the president for the past 10 years.
