Nokian Strengthens Ground King Loader Line

Nokian Tyres Inc. is expanding the Ground King Loader product line with a new 17.5R25 size for construction and agricultural applications.
Designed for wheel loaders, the tire is engineered for a variety of terrains from soft mud to hard surfaces. "Utilizing Nokian Tyres’ Hybrilug technology, it offers a comfortable and quiet ride, fast road transits and predictable handling for smooth and agile operation," say Nokian officials.
The Ground King Loader tire is also designed for handling gravel, compost and soil in loading areas and construction sites while offering load-bearing capacity and traction. The tire is also efficient in ag conditions, including loading and silage handling on farms.
Optimized for stability and low noise, the Ground King Loader was created to handle heavy loads and high speeds through a "strong radial structure and reinforced shoulder area," according to officials.
Manufactured in Finland, Nokian's Ground King Loader tires are available in the United States in sizes 20.5R25 and 17.5R25.
“The Hybrilug blocks enable stable, vibration-free handling, while the lugs improve grip in mud and on other soft terrains,” says Mikko Pukkila, product manager at Nokian Tyres. “Together, these features make Ground King Loader a reliable tire for variable conditions, even in tight spaces that demand precise and predictable control.”
