Canada Tire Inc. has opened a new distribution center in the Quebec City area.

Canada Tire Inc. has opened a new distribution center in the Quebec City, Quebec, area, giving the company seven distribution centers in total.

The new distribution center, which spans 30,000 square feet, opened on Oct. 1.

"This was an expansion of one that we had," Gabriel Granatstein, CEO of Canada Tire, told MTD. "We tripled (our) space in the region."

Canada Tire has distribution centers in both Quebec and the Maritimes.
