Crystal Forth joined the tire industry full-time after working about five part-time jobs to provide for her family.

Starting as an office administrator in the head office of Ontario-based Beverly Tire's Head Office for four years, she then moved into one of the company's commercial tire locations, where she stayed several more years while growing her skills.

Crystal joined Protreadz Tirecraft Auto Centre in Cambridge, Ontario, 14 years ago and was offered ownership within her first year. After serving as a partner, she recently stepped into her new role as the dealership's regional manager this month.

As she has grown her tire industry career over the years, Crystal has found success by lifting up the strengths of her team and staying committed to mentorship.
